Located in rural Bonville and a short drive to Sawtell`s famous beaches and restaurants and the historic Majestic movie theatre . The cabins are 80m2 with 2 bedrooms and a large living area , kitchen , separate bathroom & toilet . Outside is a 30m2 deck overlooking a 1 million litre fish pond stocked with Austalian Bass and Silver Perch. Fly fishing is permitted on a catch and release basis .
Situated on 20 Acres of fertile soil and green pastures , there is an abundance of wildlife including the "water dragons " and blue " waterfowls that have made the pond their home .
